I wouldn't recommend buying through this agency. I bought an apartment with them, and it was a real struggle. The agent, Danijela, was really bad at communicating, and she was not very helpful at all. First, the apartment was listed with three other agents who all had a lower price. When we tried to negotiate, she told us that those ads were all illegal, and she was the only one authorized to sell the apartment. She only lowered the price when we threatened to stop the buying process. Furthermore, she would constantly say she would do things, but then didn't - she told us she would be the one registering my name into the land registry, while it turned out later, she was not willing to do so. We had to go over her head to the director to get this done. She also failed to transfer all the utilities into my name despite promising us to do so. Nevertheless, we paid her the full commission with KDV. So, again, too much hassle for the price. I don't recommend.
