❗️Worst experience with a real estate agency ever❗️ Unfortunately, cooperation with this agency turned out to be a complete failure. The promises that were made verbally were never fulfilled, and most importantly – key items were not included in the contract, although this was explicitly requested and agreed upon. The lack of professionalism, responsibility and transparency is astonishing. After signing the contract, communication deteriorated drastically, problems were ignored, and inquiries were answered superficially or not at all. Instead of help and security in one of the most important decisions in life, we got stress, a waste of time and the feeling that we were deliberately put in an unfavorable position. If you value your time, money and nerves – avoid this agency by all means. There are far more professional and honest options on the market.
Excellent experience with Millennium Real Estate! Buying an apartment through the agency was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. The employees are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable, always available for any questions. I would especially like to highlight the agent Andrej Mićić, who led the entire process with a great deal of responsibility, patience and professionalism. Terribly bad experience. I have never felt more bitterness and deceit. They sell real estate that they don't check, when there is a problem we have to solve everything ourselves. And they demand a commission despite their mistake.
