He took care of the search, handled all initial communication with landlords, and managed the documents, which made the whole process much easier for us. Rok was always in touch and kept everything under control. We always felt informed and supported. What pleasantly surprised us the most was his personal involvement. Even after the contract was signed and the payment was transferred, when clients are usually left on their own, Rok continued to support us. He was present during the key handover, took photos of the apartment, and made sure everything was done properly. For us, this is a sign of truly high-quality service.
