Simply perfect. If it weren't for Ms. Jasminka and Ms. Luana, we would probably have given up on buying the property due to incomplete paperwork. They did everything extremely quickly and efficiently so that we arrived at APN. Great communication and professionalism (by which I mean performing tasks that were not supposed to be done by them at all, but by us). We didn't have to look for a single piece of paper ourselves, they were so accommodating that we got everything "done" and in record time. A big bravo to the ladies and Elite Real Estate
I have only the highest praise for this agency. Unlike many, we searched for real estate on the Internet and then contacted agencies that had the mentioned real estate. This brought us into contact with a large number of different agencies and agents, some of whom did not even show us properties for months or even at all. Mrs. Luana and Jasminka stood out as top agents who not only showed us the property within a few days of the call, but devoted themselves to us from start to finish with unprecedented attention. They helped and solved all the necessary documentation and cooperated not only directly with us and through us, but also directly with our banker and the seller's lawyer. Pure praise and many thanks. You have truly earned your commission.
I enter the office space. It's nice, big, they have a reception desk that's empty, but in an instant an employee appears (in my opinion, very flashy and tasteless, dressed and made up). I say that I would like to rent an apartment in Rijeka for a longer period and ask if they have anything on offer and if I can talk to an agent. She says I can't just talk to an agent (I ask how I can, but she skips that answer) and they have apartments for rent, but not much (I can see right away that she doesn't know her job, she says: "We'll be happy to show you everything we have to offer.", even if it's just one). Anyway, we end the conversation by telling her to leave me her mobile number and someone will call me back. Of course, to this day, two weeks later, no one has called me back. I don't see anything "elite" about this agency. Quite the opposite!
