The place was clean and the location was good, but there were many issues. 1. When we were booking the place via Booking.com, the system wouldn’t show us which 2 apartments were being booked for us. We had no power of choice. We booked two apartments for four people each. When we arrived, we realized that one place is just a small studio for four people and the other one was a proper place with one bedroom. The four people staying in the studio (us) were having zero privacy. Unpleasant. 2. On the reception day, they said that the elevator of the place is not working, and the appartment was on the 4th floor, while we had two seniors with us. However, in the last day, we saw a guy getting into the elevator with few piles of clean bed sheets and going up (probably for the rented appartments) !!! Why should they tell us not to use the elevator when we actually could save too many stairs ?!!! 3. After booking and placing the payment, we received an email that the apartments are not in the same building!!! Why not telling all the important information becore we book, on the website?!!! It was very annoying for us because we planned to have breakfast all together in one place, but with this situations, the seniors should walk all the stairs up and down before breakfast to be able to eat with their children in the same place, and it was terrible. Knee pain!!! 4. We booked both appartments for four people each, but in our studio we had only three blankets. It was not enough!!! 5. The clock on the wall wasn’t working. 6. The TV was too difficult to function. Probably the issue of the remote control. We gave up and couldn’t watch TV during our stay. 7. There were no shampoo and body wash. 8. Some of the ceiling lights had no key and were not functioning. There are more to explain, but I think it’s enough. I wouldn’t choose this company again. *** Update on 06.02.2026 as respond to the company’s reply to my review: Very interesting that you refuse to accept the reality. We picked up the keys of both appartments from your official office and they were also booked from your company, you can pretend that I am makinga mistake, but as long as you are active in renting and accommodation market, the story won’t change. Sorry, but your attempt failed. People have the right to know the truth.

I rented a flat in Rijeka through a real estate agency, and one of the agents, Nikola, was in charge of my case. He suggested I could rent the flat without paying a provision, which seemed like a good deal at the time, so I decided to go ahead with it. However, the entire experience turned out to be a disaster. First, when I arrived at the flat, the toilet was broken and completely unusable. I asked Nikola to have it repaired, but it took three days before anything was done. When I asked what I should do in the meantime, he simply replied, “I don’t know,” as if it wasn’t his responsibility. I ended up having to go all the way to the city centre and pay to use public toilets—even at night. Second, the rental contract clearly stated that I could stay in the flat until the end of June. However, both the landlord and the agent breached the contract unilaterally and forced me to leave in the middle of June. Originally, we had agreed that I wouldn’t receive my deposit back, as it would be used as payment for the rent in June. But despite that, I wasn’t allowed to stay until the end of the month, and they still didn’t return the deposit. I wanted to stay in the flat as per the contract, but the agent pressured me to leave and even warned me that the landlord might bring “mafias” to force me out. I understand that I didn’t pay a provision, so perhaps the real estate agency officially bears no responsibility. However, the entire situation was caused by an agent who works there and the landlord. I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware and avoid similar problems.

I booked an apartment through Agoda and tried to contact them a few hours before arrival, but they never answered. I kept leaving messages, but they didn't respond, so I ended up walking for 30 minutes in the pouring rain to get my keys. The rest of my family had to wait in the rain for an hour! When I went to the counter, there were 4 employees, so why didn't they contact me? Did they not want to bring the keys to the apartment because it was raining??.!!!! My son and I have dog hair allergies, and the room was full of dog hair, and I had to fight my allergies. The creaking noise every time I walked kept me awake... The facilities were a mess... It was the worst experience ever!

Excellent agency. Very kind girls, they will give you all the information both on the phone and when you come to them. The apartment was exactly as they described it. Nice ambience, tidy, excellent location in the heart of the city, pedestrianized, main street. The only downside is that you can't find a parking lot nearby.

Beautiful location, the apartment is also nice and worth the cost. The staff were incredibly helpful.
