She found the buyer more quickly than we had expected. She was so conscientious. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions and address issues. She followed up with every detail. As in most real estate transactions, there were various hiccups in the sale process, from issues with the banks to issues with the land registry to issues with the contracts. Biljana handled them all beautifully and effortlessly and professionally. She knew who to call to get things done and made everything easy for us. We have another property we will be selling in the future, and she is sure to be our real estate agent for that.
