Biljana Pavlović, the real estate agent with RE/MAX Centar nekretnina in Rijeka, was our real estate agent in the sale of our house. She was Fabulous! She found the buyer more quickly than we had expected. She was so conscientious. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions and address issues. She followed up with every detail. As in most real estate transactions, there were various hiccups in the sale process, from issues with the banks to issues with the land registry to issues with the contracts. Biljana handled them all beautifully and effortlessly and professionally. She knew who to call to get things done and made everything easy for us. We have another property we will be selling in the future, and she is sure to be our real estate agent for that. We think the world of her and recommend her without reservation to anyone who needs to buy or sell real estate in the greater Rijeka and Crikvenica area.
I am extremely satisfied with the cooperation with agents Dejan and Biljana, through whom I sold and bought real estate. Both transactions were completed within a week, everything went smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere... highly recommended.
We had an extremely positive experience when buying an apartment. The entire process was quick, organized and stress-free. All formalities were resolved in a very short time, with maximum professionalism and availability for all questions. I would especially like to highlight the kindness, helpfulness and professional approach of the agent Ms. Dejana throughout the entire cooperation. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service!
We would like to commend the Real Estate Agency REMAX to you. It helped us a lot when we were trying to buy the property in Croatia. Its agent Mr Velibor Brkic always tried very hard to find us the best offers. When we decided to buy the plot in Drenje, he was very keen to make sure that everything went smoothly. It was not very easy, because we live in Germany, but he was able to solve all the problems in a professional way. We would like to thank him and recommend the agency to others.
Great real estate agency
