€500 to open the apartment door, when I asked for the receipt it was another €500. No guarantee. The landlord kept coming into the apartment for a week and even kept his fish in my fridge so he could sell the apartment in 3 months. An agency of petty thieves.

I have visited several homes with real estate agent Josip in Croatia. I really liked this. I found him incredibly friendly, respectful and helpful, but also very knowledgeable. He can empathize well with what you need. After my purchase he helped me even more. I will not soon forget this experience and I recommend it to everyone.

I am terribly disappointed with the approach of this agency, which is extremely unprofessional and which I unfortunately would not recommend to anyone. I arranged a house viewing with Mr. Josip a few days ago. Everything was wonderful and wonderful over the phone, however, when I later reminded him to send me the certificate and other documents confirming the legality of the property, the person in question disappeared. Despite countless messages and calls, I never received any feedback, nor did the person in question show up for the house viewing appointment, nor did he confirm, God forbid, that he would not come. Best of all - the day before the viewing, I saw that another agency was selling the same house and that it confirmed to me that the "other agency" had sold it. So, if you want someone to make a fool of you, then this is the agency for you. If not, save your time and money by choosing another agency that provides its customers with a professional approach and transparency of information so that you know what you are actually buying.
