We bought and installed the stove in October 2025. When we bought it, no one warned us that the pipes that came with the stove were not actually suitable for that model. Just three weeks after the first ignition, we woke up in a house full of smoke and a strong smell of burning - the coating on the pipes was melting. Only then did the installer tell us that the wrong pipes had been delivered with the stove. Because of this incident, we also had to replace the sensor on the stove. There are a total of 5 work orders on which the installer clearly stated that the pipes had caught fire. Since then, the problem has recurred every two to three days. Smoke was coming out of the pipes, the house would fill with smoke, and the stove would not report an error or turn itself off, but we had to disconnect it from the power supply. The coating on the pipes melted, the gasket was sticking out of the joints, and the safety of our family and property was at risk every day. We could not leave the stove on when we left the house because we were afraid of what might happen. We waited a full 6 months for a solution. We kept getting the same explanation – that the pipes were ordered from China and that they were waiting for delivery, customs, etc. Instead of solving the problem immediately by purchasing the appropriate pipes in Croatia, we waited for months for a new shipment. The new pipes were finally installed on 5.3. Everything was fine for two full days. On Saturday evening, the problem reappeared. I would like to point out that the furnace had been turned off all day and we only turned it on in the evening. The furnace started to emit smoke from the pipes again and the coating on the pipes was melting again. So, the same pipes were installed again. This time the situation is even worse – the furnace is now smoking from the inside and no longer working at all. After 6 months of waiting, 5 work orders that clearly stated the pipe fire and everything that was happening, we consider it completely irresponsible to receive the same pipes again and end up with a broken furnace. This is a serious safety problem that has been threatening our house and our safety the entire time. Unfortunately, our experience with Solarshop has been extremely bad.

The air conditioner we bought was installed by an authorized installer who we had been pushing for a month to finally install the air conditioner, but it was installed incorrectly. After the service determined that it could not be repaired, there was a lot of correspondence with the above-mentioned store and finally a new device was given. Now, we would have to pay for the installation of that device, as the employee and the complaints department say, even though according to the warranty card, the installation is covered by the seller (mentioned above) and the seller refers us to an authorized service and the service to the seller (ping pong). All this has been going on for four months. Avoid it in a wide circle. Ps: I give a rating of 0

Pure fraud, the solar power plant cost us €15,000, when they need to take the money, they are the first to not do the job properly, for the Istrian and Primorje counties they only have one installer named Luka and when you call him he doesn't always answer or he is on the roof or doesn't have time, avoid the solar shop
