Extremely rude employee. They sent a request for a quote for carpentry work, to which I did not receive a response. I called to ask when I could expect the same, to which the employee replied if you sent pictures, reduce them, do not send them via T Com mail with pictures. For her information, if they did not receive the email, it would come back to me that the recipient cannot receive email for some reason. Those are the basics. First, check your spam and check if you missed the email, and do not act like you have bought all the brains in the world because you clearly do not even know the basics. And if you have problems receiving email via T Com (who else works on it) then open your email on gmail, yahoo.... If you cannot get it, what about the production and delivery. Horrible Here, for the owner's information, I will post a picture of my review so that it is clear that the employee is not offended. Your email is the problem because out of all of you, only you did not receive the email, and 6 other companies did, so it is up to you and your email, not me. For starters, don't look for the culprit in others, but try to solve the problem yourself and admit your unprofessionalism, and don't attack potential customers. I certainly know that I won't do business with you, and good luck to the rest.
I had a great experience with Tecol, Rijeka. They came quickly, professionally and very politely. They fixed the door handle and immediately found and installed a new part on the door that was missing. Everything was done neatly and efficiently. Thank you.

They were fast, but the rest was problematic. The guys who did the windows did an ok job, but nothing else. Very sloppy subcontractor, zero responsibility from the landlord, problems with window and facade connections, with blinds. A very unpleasant misunderstanding about the bill...
