Before your visit inform yourself which brand they support. Good shop with a lot available spare parts. They are also servicing Beko devices but for ordinary signal lamp you have to wait 3 weeks and the price for a very small signal lamp is almost 10 euros without fixing!!!

I have purchased few products from their store in Kopilica, Split in past, and I was overall satisfied with their store, however.. Customer service at the store can be better (sales staff should be paid based on comission, that way they would be more eager to greet and offer assistance when customer is wandering around the store). Delivery guys were really nice and professional. Their website is terrible and not showing products, in this day and age, ccccc..I was going to order a chest freezer online the other day, and since there weren't showing any products on their website I just went to their competitor and ordered it elsewhere..few clicks, easy peasy. And you lost the sale, probably one of many as lots of young people make their purchases online nowadays..

We bought new wash machine from them and they said are offerring pick up and trasport for old broken wash machines. Guy came and delivered new wash machine but refused to pick up old one. He said that different guy will come to pick up old one and that this is not his task. After 4-5 days waiting, nobody came and we had to throw out old wash machine by ourselves.
