Magnificent. I went here today to get a few things, this place is very nice, very clean. So well stocked. I want to mention a young man working there, Toni. He was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. He could have said I'm busy leave me alone, but instead went out of his way to help me. They should give him a raise.

Extremely rude staff with no intention of helping customers. Today, November 19th, at 4:00 pm, I came in for a simple purchase, perhaps the simplest: to change a light bulb. To make it even easier for them, I brought the broken bulb so they could see it and give me a new one. I asked three people, and no one could help me with this simple problem. But the most outrageous thing was when I went to the information or help desk. The young woman there was extremely rude when I asked for her help. Just to call someone from the electrical department, she rolled her eyes at me and threw her arms up in anger at my request. What a disgrace! This is one of the reasons for Temu's success: not having to deal with such rudeness.

If you ever wondered what customer “service” looks like when staff run away from customers, pretend products don’t exist, and act like helping is against their religion – Bauhaus Split is the perfect place to find out. According to the employees, the website is “wrong” and products shown online are “not available.” Strangely enough, I climbed up myself and magically found the item sitting there. When I asked an employee for help, she claimed she had no phone to call anyone (apparently technology hasn’t reached this store yet). I offered to bring it down myself, and instead of being grateful, she started yelling at me – because apparently, doing their job is forbidden. Judging from the other reviews, this circus isn’t an exception – it’s just how things work here. If you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and shouted at, this is definitely the store for you.

The staff will run away & hide from you so they don’t have to do any work (Pločice information desk). This entire shop is a waste of your time & money. You will get more help buying online 😬. Much better to go somewhere else. The manager needs to be fired, & the entire staff retrained on the meaning of customer service.

Workers do not want to work, I am waiting for someone to help me unpack the heavy boards. But after asking all the workers who just sit on their butt and talk to eachother instead of doing their job they just send you to their next colleague who also sends you to their next colleague. I just asked him for a knife since nobody helped and they just gave me knife without even asking what I need it for. 😂🤣 Management needs to cut some people off, since they don‘t do anything.
