Team, you're great, but it's not acceptable to put a saw on the staircase and saw off parts - in a building. That's what a workshop or at least the building's yard is for. Zasun installed it for me. They came, measured it, left, came back, brought it, installed it... Maybe it takes a little more time for you, but that's not how it's done
