Kupila sam laminat i nakon postavljanja jednostavno su popucala krilca unutra i odvojio se....neću spominjat letve čiji rubovi su već kao da su na vlazi bili godinu dana Također su letve počele pucati iz cista mira,jednostavno kvrcne,možeš gornji sloj skidat noktom. A kao njemačka kvaliteta. Neću ni reći da nisu susretljivi kod reklamacija,dapače.Jer evo ja nemam drugog posla nego ponovo mijenjati pod koji je očito stajao negdje na vlazi,jer nemoguće da je pola stana ok,a na jednom dijelu haos,dakle do letvi je,nije do polagača ...... Preporula zaobić u širokom luku
The employee was very helpful, professional, explained everything to me. Interested in the job, came right away, showed me around, really great. I'll ask him for his name next time. But you probably know who he is. Reward him because there are very few people like that. He was working Saturday morning, but there was another colleague with him who was sitting at the computer.
Great customer service. They are just rare place in town to be granted high level of customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this place for all your flooring needs.
