All praise for the service! 😊 The gentleman in the store was extremely kind, professional and accommodating. From the first moment he helped us with the selection of flooring, patiently answered all our questions and gave excellent advice. It is truly rare to come across such a professional approach. All recommendations! 👏
I bought laminate flooring this morning, people, what service and professionalism for the employees. Kudos to them!!! They deserve the Minister's salary, everyone should go to their training. Hats off to the floor!!!!
We had a specific floor in our apartment and we wanted to put SPC vinyl over it. Employee Denis explained everything to us, the advantages and disadvantages of vinyl and gave us alternatives, and encouraged us to further check the floor in our apartment by offering us tools from the store itself. Upon our return, his colleague helped us with additional questions and we decided to buy. The floor turned out phenomenal. They are more expensive than the competition, but the quality of the SPC vinyl we bought is on par. Employee Denis helped us load 50 boxes of 20kg each. Recommended to everyone.
Great customer service. They are just rare place in town to be granted high level of customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this place for all your flooring needs.
