Extremely unprofessional experience – avoid this company! We contracted a window cleaning job with Blistavi dom Split a month in advance, with the exact location (Duće, Omiš) and window size. Five days before arrival, we additionally confirmed the appointment, and at their suggestion, moved the arrival from Monday to Tuesday – which was fine with us because the first guests were arriving only on Wednesday. My husband even postponed his medical examination to meet them. And then the shock – on Tuesday, half an hour after the agreed appointment, Mrs. Ivana called us and said that we told her they were too far away (Mrs. Tina from Kastela and her husband Ante) and that they could not come. By the way, for reference, they are located in Kastela. No apology, no solution, simply – they will not come. I have never experienced such a level of irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. If you want to save your nerves and avoid stress, avoid this company by all means.
