Top-notch kitchens and service. The saleswoman Borana was very kind and professional. We quickly found common ground. She designed the kitchen very quickly and exactly according to my wishes. Everything arrived within the time frame they promised me. And the installers she sent did an excellent job. Now all I have to do is cook and enjoy in my new kitchen.
They entered/exited because there was no point in staying. A bad window display, a feeling of "you're not welcome" rang in the air.
Very bad experience. After buying 3 kitchens from them, they are unable to resolve the complaint and are making me look like a total fool. A piece of the cabinet fell off along with the hinges and the entire door literally fell off by itself. The answer to the complaint is that I don't know how to open the kitchen door properly. A kitchen worth 18 thousand Euros! The answer to the complaint is without a name or surname. There is no response to repeated emails. Avoid by all means because the quality is better at Ikea, and of course the support.

The kitchens are of very high quality and I recommend Dan Kuchen to everyone. The cooperation from the agreement, planning, delivery and installation was exceptional.
