Purple Pine Landscapes

Purple Pine is a reliable company with whom we've enjoyed working for three years now. Our garden is thriving and looks beautiful. Anything that didn't grow was replaced without hesitation under warranty. They are also very technically skilled; our automatic irrigation system is perfectly installed and works flawlessly. Aleksandar and Tea, the managing directors and owners of the company, respond quickly and are always friendly and polite. Their employees are also very polite, sometimes a little reserved, but pleasant people nonetheless. I also appreciate their openness to constructive criticism and their solution-oriented approach – we really like that. I can personally highly recommend working with Purple Pine.

Very unprofessional behavior of employees and owners of Purple Pine. After going out into the field, the agreement was that a project and cost estimate would be made. They were explicitly asked if they were one of those who make promises and then don't fulfill theirs. After three weeks, there is no response to the agreement, I send them a message and an email, no response. After reaching them on the phone and asking about the same, they answer that there is no cooperation because they don't have time for it, after asking why they didn't send a response to the email or message, they casually answer "here you go now". Very rude, unprofessional, what kind of behavior is probably such and professional results, arrogant. I would not recommend working with them to anyone. They did not deserve even this one star that I have to leave in order to leave a comment.
