Perfect agency in Split!!! Andrea is a great real estate agent! We were in communication for over two years and I always received feedback about the apartments very quickly. When we found the right apartment, we received more than good advice throughout the entire process. Andrea was always there for us and showed and explained everything to us remotely and then directly in Split. We were always supported during the purchasing process. I worked with three agents with CPS, all were excellent. We ultimately chose a property and the agent was very helpful in walking us through the particulars of purchasing Croatian real estate. I was also very pleased with the attorney with whom they referred me. I will write a separate review but Nedjeljka Lazić was excellent and coordinated well with my agent. It was nice knowing that all parts of the procedure were in communication with one another so nothing was forgotten. So I have only good things to say.

The team at CPS was helpful for every step of the way for our purchase of Croatian property. Not knowing the language can be difficult, but they made us feel very comfortable and were trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

Looking at buying a property in Croatia from New Zealand was difficult but after choosing CPS and dealing with agent Zrinka on a regular basis we found a house suitable for us. Zrinka helped us from the beginning until the end and it was a great experience. We ended up buying a house and she helped us all the way until and even after the final signature. I have no hesitation in recommending CPS and would use them again. All the way they were professional and helpful which is sometimes hard to find in Croatia..We now live in our house since almost 2 years and I can still ask questions about all sort of things so they are going beyond where they have to go.
