After several years of working with Mr. Brajević, I can only say the best. The communication was clear and precise, and the instructions I received from him were very well explained. I contacted Mr. Brajević to obtain a simple legal opinion regarding a construction matter. At no point was a formal agreement signed, no engagement confirmed, and no payment made. After a few reasonable emails to clarify the scope of work, his tone shifted noticeably. He began assigning blame for “unnecessary correspondence” and retroactively demanded €375 for emails written in English – without any prior agreement or mention of such fees. Shortly afterward, he doubled the originally quoted flat fee, citing “additional tasks” that were, in fact, part of the initial request. Finally, he informed me that cancellation of the engagement – which had never formally begun – would still result in charges. I have since transferred the matter to another law office that has handled it with professionalism, clarity, and respect. In summary: Communication was needlessly confrontational, cost transparency was lacking, and trust was compromised before any real work began. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this law office.
