I received a gift voucher for Art Bottega which, unfortunately, I didn’t manage to use in time as it got misplaced among my belongings. When I contacted them, I received a very brief and inflexible response stating that no extension or alternative solution was possible, even though the service had already been paid for and the voucher was never used. What I found particularly disappointing is that, despite having a system where they can clearly see the voucher wasn’t redeemed, there was no willingness to show any understanding or flexibility. Additionally, I was unable to find clearly stated terms and conditions for gift vouchers on their website, including the the validity period, which makes it difficult for customers to be properly informed. I have personally worked with gift vouchers in my own business and understand that accommodating customers may require extra effort, but I believe customer satisfaction should come first. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and does not encourage me to return or recommend their services.
Fantastic experience with Barbara! Incredible teacher! patient, detailed and fun!! She helped us through our process and our paintings turned out way better than expected 😂 Also translated everything for me and my husband

Went for an Art&Wine event here, and ended up having so much fun! The instructor was guiding us throughout the painting process. There was music, and unlimited drink for 3 hours! Will definitely be coming back.
It was a great experience! Our host Eni was very patient and is pretty funny as well. She did such a good job and was a great instructor. I would recommend this to everyone. You don't even have to have experience in paitning.
