The people who went out into the field were really fair and did the job properly. However, the sales people are really unfair. They charged 250e for the service, for a 100m2 house. As soon as they heard that one apartment in the house was for tourist rental, they rudely raised the prices. After that, we heard from acquaintances and friends that they paid much less for the same services. Shame. Basically, 250e for 20 minutes of work, for the service of removing ants (which realistically only appear here and there). The same service in ZG costs around 60e.

The company Bože savuja has been calling them for 2 years to come and spray mosquitoes, when I call them they say we have made you a priority. Irresponsible and disgusting, what else can I say.

We have recently had a problem with ants in the garden. The workers arrived at the agreed time, however one of them was very rude and did an unprofessional and incomplete job for the price we paid.

I've been calling them for 5 days now that I need to urgently fix the cockroach problem in my apartment because I have guests coming. They keep dragging me out every day saying that it will be 100% by the end of the week. Today, the day before, they told me that there's no chance anyone will come to fix it. I just have to cancel the reservation for the guests and have 100 additional problems because of their irresponsibility. Advice if it's urgent, call anyone else because you'll have to wait a long time and have even bigger problems.
