Terrible service, response time and unprofessional people
The horror. You wait all day for someone to call you back like they promised, and in the meantime you enjoy watching mice nibble on your ship's cables, and in the end no one calls you back.
They didn't want to come out to intervene. I called them about bedbugs in the room and a female person answered and asked me what the address was and when I said yes she asked the male person next to her if she wanted to go to Split and he said, I quote, "I don't want to."
