Nažalost, moje iskustvo s ovom firmom nije bilo dobro. Prije dolaska sam poslao slike postojeće instalacije, postojećeg bojlera i objasnio stanje bojlera. Rečeno mi je da će zamjena koštati oko 100 €, na temelju čega sam i pristao na uslugu. Međutim, nakon obavljenog posla naplaćeno 490 € za rad i materijal (na koji uopće nisam bio upozoren). Tijekom izvođenja radova nisam bio upozoren na značajno povećanje cijene niti sam dao suglasnost na takav iznos. Dodatno, na računu nije jasno iskazana cijena bojlera, već je sve prikazano kroz stavke usluga, što otežava provjeru cijene i praktički onemogućava ostvarivanje jamstva. Rad je odrađen korektno s tehničke strane, ali način formiranja cijene i komunikacija prema klijentu nisu bili transparentni. Preporučujem svima da prije početka radova traže točnu i konačnu cijenu u pisanom obliku.
This was my first time using cleaning services and I was honestly very nervous and had a hard time deciding to take that step. However, already in the first conversation this wonderful young lady completely put me at ease with her wonderful approach and warmth. The cleaning was extraordinary. The apartment sparkled! She worked quickly, thoroughly and with a lot of attention to detail, and on top of all that she is very approachable and pleasant to communicate with. I am very satisfied with her work and I definitely recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking and professional person. I will definitely call her again! 😊
