We stayed at 2 properties managed by Ivana and Iva from Heros Plus. Both properties exceeded our expectations as did the management services provided by Ivana and Iva. Both units were brand new, extremely well maintained, had powerful AC, the best blackout shades and smart TVs. We stayed right in Split at the bottom of Marjan park. Beautiful views and convenient access to the park and old town 👍 Highly recommend!
We booked over the agency Heros Plus the Villa Talia on Solta Island for a week in August 2020 for our family. We have spent a super relaxing week in a wonderful, very clean, very well maintained and recently built Villa, situated in a peaceful little bay. The host Goran took care of all our requests and made sure, we felt welcome and highly comfortable. We will come back! For the moment we take home marvellous memories of a perfect stay on a perfect location.

Go around in a wide arc, that's my advice I can give after a few months of working with them. They put leaflets all over the city, advertised on all portals, boasted about their professionalism, quality... At first, they were polite, kind, seemingly professional, but when you work with them a little, you see that they have no experience and no knowledge. Workers are changed like on a conveyor belt, and none of them know how to do the job of building management. This is our experience from practice. Let's leave nice words, make-up approach, acting, "office managers" and similar presser... When you need to work, then they are nowhere to be found. They canceled the building without an explanation, the director didn't even want to contact us. In the beginning, they took all the buildings, give it, just give it, we are the best, the biggest, and a few months ago they canceled all the buildings that were "unprofitable". That's professionalism?! For us, it's better that way, because we're going to get better, we can't get worse because we're not going back to the Housing Authority. And ignore these "inflated" ratings that were left for them by friends, relatives and their team, because only now are the real ratings of users who worked with them coming. They will probably complain that they canceled those "rogue" buildings, but smart people did that before there was corona... Arrogance comes back and bounces on its head, sooner or later. Thank you for nothing and goodbye forever!
They canceled the cooperation of the building management after 4 months stating that they do not have enough financial benefit from the building (6 floors). Before moving to them, they promised to make an estimate of the costs for the job of insulating the facade, but of course they didn't do it. If you are thinking about which manager to choose, definitely skip them. They seem professional, but they are very far from it! RESPONSE TO THE STATEMENTS BELOW BY THE COMPANY HEROSPLUS: Dear Sir/Madam, during the first conversation with you about the transfer from one building manager to you, you did not mention once that the condition of your management of the building is the renovation of the facade, the increase of the reserve or the raising of the loan. Following the above, it seems that you take over the management of only those buildings that enter into larger financial affairs and are ready for larger expenditures. I'm sorry you didn't manage to make as much money from our building as you planned. I think you said it all yourself in the reply to my criticism below, and any person weighing his options in the market will definitely have to take into account the fact that if he chooses your company, he is choosing an unreliable manager who can cancel cooperation at any time because the Director has decided so. I must also note and emphasize that you canceled the management in writing without any prior discussion and warning. After the written resignation of Mr. The director of the company did not have enough courage to answer the repeated calls of the representatives of the co-owners, and only after several calls over the course of two days did he have his secretary call and explain the obscure reasons for the written dismissal, which ultimately read "the director decided that way". I wish you good luck in your future business, because you will certainly need luck given the level of professionalism that adorns you. Correction of the incorrect statement below: Namely, the minutes with all the observed deficiencies were NOT submitted, nor was the audit of the business with the former manager, and I do not know if they were prepared. If you cared so much about "work" as you claim, then you would have communicated the same in a telephone or personal conversation to the representative of the co-owner, and before canceling the cooperation, set your ultimatum: increase the reserve/take out the loan or cancel.
