8.4.24. I sent the VDR for repair because there was no video signal. The same day, after half an hour, they called me on the phone and said that they had tested it and that it was in working order. When I connected the VDR at home, it still didn't work. They charged 25 euros + VAT (approx. 32eurs) for their half-hour service. It still doesn't work, I think this institution should be avoided at all costs.
