Very unprofessional. After talks, visits and reminders these Gents were unable to even produce a quotation. Lots of promises, nothing delivered. Total waste of time. Edit: answer, as I said I never even got a quote from you, I'm not surprised. Despite promises it will be "soon". Then you forgot. And after a call you said again it will be soon. And again nothing.
