Reported a fault on 25.07.25, until 12.08.25, no one answered and they do not answer phone calls or emails. In short, unprofessionalism and disservice. I would not "want to interfere" with technical knowledge and expertise because anyone who has the parts can fix a faulty home appliance, I personally did not want to repair it because the damage is under warranty
An experience worth 10 stars, not 5!!! Two technicians from other services said that the motor of the washing machine, which is relatively new, had broken. One of the "technicians" didn't even know where to open the washing machine to get to the motor (they have excellent ratings). Then I wrote an email to this company, followed by a phone call and I took the washing machine to the Elektrostroj service. There I found an extremely kind and cheerful employee and a pleasant young employee, who carefully listened to the described problems with the washing machine. After a few hours, they called me to say that the washing machine had been repaired. It was a trivial matter that I caused myself. No motor failure, no electronics failure! Thank you! Thank you for everything, you are wonderful.
This is not a service, these rude and arrogant people are playing at service. They don't know how to fix anything, it's a shame that good products are losing credibility because of such arrogance along with the management. I just don't know why they work with them, as if there is no other service in Zadar.
