The best service ever. Fast, literally in two days they come to the field and usually have key spare parts for the devices and solve the problem the fastest ever. I only buy devices that they service because they are top notch!

Washing machine malfunction resolved within 7 days. The technician arrived as agreed. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Polite and tidy. Recommended.

The repairman takes money for diagnostics without a receipt. The receipt has to be requested separately even though no fault has been identified, but they speculate about maybe this or that. The repair offer is based on the "if it works, it works" system. They offer a part that is three times more expensive than in the store. They are reluctant to cooperate. At the same time, the insurance company insists on documentation that they do not want to hand over. Crazy house.

The repairman was fast and very kind, everything else was perfect! They've been saying for a month that it will be resolved within a week, but the part still hasn't arrived. I would be happy to go to another repair shop, but since you are authorized, and the device is under warranty, we don't have much choice....
