Quite a frivolous company. Washing machine repair takes almost 3 months. We had to wait for some parts. Apparently they arrived. We made an appointment a couple of times, but they never showed up. If you don't intend to come, is it hard to call and say that you won't do the work and the problem is solved? All in all, a bad experience in communication and customer service. Maybe they are good craftsmen, but unfortunately I haven't been able to convince myself of that
On several occasions they have repaired minor and major faults on my Beko appliances (mainly washing machines), top-notch service, Mr. Ivan Torić is trustworthy, an excellent technician and an honest man. Highly recommended!!!
