I have been waiting for a building permit for two years due to the irresponsible work of the architect. The documentation is constantly incomplete or not delivered on time, even though the architect is paid to monitor and manage the entire process. Communication is slow, unprofessional and irresponsible - progress is almost non-existent. I had to constantly check the status myself and remind him of his obligations. I STILL HAVE NOT OBTAINED the permit. I do not recommend this service to anyone who wants a project to be professionally managed and completed on time.
