I would not recommend anyone to shop at this center. Their organization is 0, the condition of the warehouse and the packaging has nothing to do with the purchased items. For example, I bought a set of shells with a board When I tried to assemble them, I realized that the board did not fit at all (according to the spacing of the holes) on the shells and I did not receive any screws for assembling them. I came back and complained, they accepted the complaint without any argument. Great, but not long after exchanging it for the same item at the checkout they asked me for an additional charge for the same thing because, as they say, it was on discount then (50%) and now it is not. After a mental breakdown, I decided to pay extra and say goodbye to this shopping center forever BYPASS IN SIROKI LUKU!!!!
The employee in the kitchen department is sitting and scrolling through her phone, she says she's here on a replacement because a colleague is free and she's new and can't help me, I have to wait for another colleague who went somewhere and said she'd be back soon but she's been gone for over an hour. How can you leave an employee who has no idea and has no will or desire to learn all by herself in such a big department? I drove 40 km to come just to order and pay for what I need and now I have to come again because there's no adequate person in the entire store who could help me
Tiles purchased for the entire house, zero quality, worn out in the kiln, cut incorrectly, purchased wall, floor, exterior, all a disaster, generally avoid ceramics in that store if you don't want problems, unit clean
Nothing special, just like the others of that type. I wanted to buy a hammer drill in a store because the website showed it was in stock. However, it was out of stock so I wasted my time. I ordered the same one online and waited about 2 weeks for it to arrive, the price online was 10 euros more than the display model in the store. Nothing terrible, but it could have been better. The competition has a website where you can see not only the condition of the item, but also which shelf it is on.
Solid store, not bad selection, very friendly and professional salespeople. Overall good and pleasant atmosphere, but I recommend that the assortment be expanded a bit to make it 5 stars. Reception and delivery of goods very well organized.
