Absolutely terrible experience. There is no staff anywhere to help, nobody seems to be working, and when you finally find someone, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Nothing is easy to find, and the whole store is completely unfriendly for beginners. I would not recommend this place at all.
Gardening section is really sad. Environment protection should be called in to investigate, most plants are in very bad condition. Shame on management of this store for not ensuring that proper care is taken of the plants.

Great service, large selection. On-site carpenter shop, you can cut any type of wood. Better stocked than Bauhaus Split.
Allways proffessional, serious and polite team of people. Very fast service, but still need to be improved - missing service people and need some time to wait for technical person to come for explanation... Very good but, still have place to improve... Big choice of garden, home and technical stuff...
