I especially want to thank the two technicians, Ivica and Daniel. They were not only highly skilled and hardworking, but also incredibly kind, respectful, and positive. They brought such a great atmosphere into my home that the whole experience was genuinely enjoyable. Any employer would be proud to have employees like them. I would also like to compliment their manager, Damir Pintar, who was excellent throughout the entire process. He was communicative, reliable, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. I wholeheartedly give Energo Div ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – 5 out of 5 stars. Top-notch service and maximum professionalism. The guys work so meticulously that it is rarely seen – they really put a smile on the faces of the craftsmen. They advised us on the location of the air conditioner, which turned out to be perfect, although it was more demanding for them to perform. You can see that the tools are professional, and their van is a real mobile workshop. They even brought their own broom and trowel. Everything was agreed in advance and done exactly as it was. I especially appreciate that they pay attention to cleanliness – they use protection when drilling, clean everything up after themselves and leave the space as if they were never there. You can see that their client's satisfaction comes first, not speed or shortcuts. There are few such craftsmen today, and that is why every recommendation. If you are looking for someone who does air conditioner work seriously and with quality – this is it.
