Rating in short form from a vacationer's point of view: Parking situation is bad, in principle no parking spaces belonging to the studio. The location is on a main road, but due to the basement location it is not easy to find. Outside area unkempt with damaged areas, stairs extremely slippery in the rain. Studio size rather average, probably around 700 square meters. Room layout okay. Friendly entrance area. Staff, depending on the day, from attentive to bored. Apart from the counter staff, no other staff working. Large selection of supplements and drinks at the counter. Fair prices for drinks. Fair pricing for short-term subscriptions (day, week, month). Cardio area oversized for its size, with largely usable and most functioning equipment. Machinery kept rather small. Free weights area appropriate for the size of the studio. Equipment heavily used and worn, partly unkempt and limited in function. Severe deficits in the hygiene of the facility with numerous detail deficiencies and damage. House rules are not enforced, everyone does what they feel like doing. OK as a temporary solution, not acceptable as a permanent facility for my requirements.

Okay gym. Looks nice and is quite big, but the equipment is lacking. You got all the basics but nothing extra. Not worth the 10€ day pass, there's better gyms close if you're going as a tourist.

Very good gym for tourists. The ac could be a little bit stronger mostly because there is a part of the gym full of glass roof and it's pretty hot in there. The parking during peak hours can be a little complicated. Staff is nice and everyone speaks English.

Good: The equipment provided is sufficient and maintained good enough. The facility is not typically overcrowded. The shower cabins are in good condition, and the air conditioning is mostly effective. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the music is usually not too loud. The requirement of using a towel and wearing clean shoes is also a positive aspect. Bad: However, the air conditioning is not strong enough in the area covered by the transparent roof. It is also not permitted to drop weights, making weightlifting style exercises impossible. Furthermore, the price has increased 2 times in less than a year, reaching the limit of what most recreational lifters consider an acceptable monthly cost. If the price is lower, this gym would deserve at least 4 stars easily.
