Goran arrived at our place (on the island of Pag) at 3:30 PM, and an hour later everything was repaired and working perfectly. That's what I call customer service. I chose the unit, and everything was installed and ready within a week. I later received emails with pictures of the air conditioners. Very professional, highly recommended.
