After exchanging a few emails with the owner, absolutely nothing was resolved. The fact that the honest installer tried to charge me for an additional non-existent meter of installation and that he left unpatched holes in the wall, is nothing to anyone. Great. I included a 30cm wall penetration in the measurement so don't lie, the total installed installation is 8.8m and you wanted to charge 10m, plus I invited you to come and measure again, but you didn't come because you know you tried to rob me, that's a fact. Who knows how many people you trick and charge for non-existent things like that? Also the fact that you came without the necessary tools on the day of installation, even though you determined the day before what you needed to remove the window panel, and that I, as a customer, removed the panel using an ordinary screwdriver for which you needed a special "TOOL" that you went to get, only speaks volumes about your competence as a craftsman. For every work at height there is a carabiner and a harness, and their proper use prevents any injury at work, if you have them. Finally, I patched the hole in the wall from the installation that you left unpatched, I did a great job, thank you again and the owner of Vedran Company for the absolutely no response. LP. Marko
A huge thank you to the staff, the friendly lady on the phone, and the boss himself, who always took the time to answer our questions. Vedran Company found and fixed serious problems with our new air conditioner within a week, after the company that installed it had been clueless for six weeks and three visits.
