Worst place ever!!! If you buy something here please don’t make the mistake to make them instal something!! Their incompetence costed us bathroom and the flood reached three floors below! Obviously they stoped to answer their phones immediately!
This location is a bit complicated to access if coming from the opposite side of the road. I went to pickup an online order for the first time. The pickup area is at the rear of the store. I didn't notice any signage, so a store worker directed me. The workers in the back couldn't locate my order right away, but figured it out after showing them the confirmation a couple times. They delivered it to the car. Everything was ok in the end.
Lovely showroom with an amazing range of fairly priced products which can be lacking in our mainstream counterpart shops here. Store was happy to offer a good discount on our clients bulk purchase. Highly recommended, I certainly know where we are shopping for our x2 bathroom refits 2022.
