Very, very disappointed with this company. After the managing director failed to appear at the agreed appointment yesterday, neither contacting us himself nor canceling, we tried to get in touch again and were then told he would come tomorrow, which then also didn't happen (again without any cancellation and he's not answering the phone).
An appointment was made for a viewing, but the gentleman didn't show up. Only after I inquired did he inform me that he didn't have time (at least his proposed appointment had been accepted). These things happen, so I arranged a second appointment for the following day, and... no one showed up then either without prior notice... extremely unprofessional.
