He called on his cell phone, agreed on an appointment to go out on the field. He came to the field in a couple of days, recorded everything he needed. Said he would get back to me in a few days with the other details he needed. After more than a month and a half, I try to get the person in question on his cell phone to check what stage of work we are in, he does not respond to countless calls and messages. Only after I called him from another number did he answer and act as if everything was fine. Of course he didn't do the job, nor would he continue to work with him. Zero for unprofessionalism.
