She organized viewings of six different plots in various locations, carefully planning an efficient route so we could visit all of them in a single day. During the viewings, Sanja provided a comprehensive overview of each property, explained all details clearly, and answered every question with honesty and professionalism. She shared all relevant documentation electronically and stayed in contact with us afterward to address additional questions. We also appreciated the personal meeting at the Emporia office in Zadar, where she helped us clarify some points about one specific plot we were most interested in. After deciding to buy one of the plots, Emporia’s lawyer, Marino, took over the legal part of the process. Marino was extremely responsive and reliable. He prepared all documents quickly, coordinated with the sellers, and guided us through each step of the purchase process. As foreign buyers, we especially valued his help in obtaining the Croatian OIB number required for property registration. He personally oversaw the completion of the ownership transfer and ensured all final documents were properly delivered to us. Overall, we are very happy with the service and support we received from Emporia. Both Sanja and Marino were professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with.
