As long-distance buyers, my wife and I were initially intimidated by the process. Our question lists on process , responsibilities , transfers , paperwork read like a Puzzle or some complex novel. This was before we called “Labras Nekretnine “agency , it was direct call out of blue to Tony Huzjak. We got most important item on our list that said, “GET RIGHT PERSON TO HELP WITH ENTIRE PROCESS AND MAKE US WORRY FREE”. So, we called Tony, and it was like we unleashed magic. Here’s how everything went down – “We don’t have a clue about this whole process…”, in fact, we are 10 thousand miles from Croatia, and we can’t come every week to check on paperwork , build , progress , etc … We do find what we like , and we do love that location , but building wasn’t started yet . That was big discomfort for us. Should we trust someone over the phone line ? Tony answered prepared with a calming and professional demeanor and spoke to us like we were buddies heading out for a coffee . He will come across like your long-time neighbor, and that’s a bonus. That was relief. I can confidently say, Tony stand for every piece of advice he offered. He keeps things realistic and easy presentable , his advice in process, signing documentation , responsibilities by builder , deadline , constant update over the phone , until we finally meet at location . In addition, he took pledge of sending us all documents and work directly with us to minimize burden in distance .  Trust, he earned is not replaceable , having such relief and knowing that you have agent that is available for any , if i said even dumb question , is something that you can’t find everywhere. From the very first call we placed and even till today , we stay in positive and friendly relation with Tony , I simply can’t describe how much trust and confidence he brings in this relation and entire process .
