There were 3 owners of the house. I was the only one who wrote the contract to sell the house. When the house was sold, I and another owner paid the agency 3%, but the third owner paid the lawyer and now the lawyer doesn't want to pay the agency and the agency wants to sue me. I was the only one who signed the contract to sell the house and that's why the lawyer doesn't want to pay the 3%.
