There were 3 owners of the house. I was the only one who wrote the contract to sell the house. When the house was sold, I and another owner paid the agency 3%, but the third owner paid the lawyer and now the lawyer doesn't want to pay the agency and the agency wants to sue me. I was the only one who signed the contract to sell the house and that's why the lawyer doesn't want to pay the 3%.

All praise to the agency and Ms. Tatjana. So far, we have somehow tried to sell our property ourselves, but without success. After the recommendation of our friends, we called the Max-nekretnine agency, where we were contacted by a cheerful, helpful and above all professional Tatjana. The sale was completed in a short time, to the great satisfaction of us and the buyers. Thank you Ms. Tatjana. I will forward your contact information. 💖
