Mr. Kvartuč acted competently. However, after the first conversation and verbal consent to take over my case, unilaterally and suddenly decided to withdraw a few weeks later. To be fair, I didn't respond to the last email in 20 days, because I was waiting for information for an adequate response, maybe that's why there was a misunderstanding. But to withdraw from everything without any warning disappointed me, and it seems unprofessional and untrustworthy, especially since he was aware that the case was urgent.
