Temelji, krovišta i fasada izvedeni kvalitetno po svim pravilima struke. Okućnica i dio fasade - u kamenim pločama (vjerojatno brački kamen). Stan ima podno grijanje, klima uređaj, veliki broj utičnica, velika okućnica i garaža.Podne pločice po stanu i u kupatilu ukrasne pločice. Moja ocjena je čista petica plus Pusa svima 🙂👍
