Severe unprofessionalism. Zero communication - they don't answer the phone. They respond poorly to emails. The agreement between Ms. Josipa and the installation team is complete chaos. There are no appointments for these people. I believe they will react to this comment immediately, because pride is obviously more important than a job well done. PS: when you come to fix all the shortcomings, maybe I'll raise it by half a star ;)
I was in negotiations with this company Staklo Dom to come and take measurements and over the phone they sounded like they were so kind that everything would be great, but by chance I came across a neighbor who is renovating his apartment and to see his carpentry, which he also ordered from the aforementioned company. Through the conversation I saw the resentment and damage caused by the poor delivery and his experience, which he says that every attempt to get in touch is unsuccessful. A 2m tall man has a balcony roller blind set at 175cm, which I myself saw for myself, so that he cannot go outside normally. There was a lot more. So I thank you for this. No thanks, I will look further.. for the support of my neighbor and others who will see and help this review of mine. Think carefully about where you buy everything.
They placed cheap panels and corrosion appear. Ask them to replaced with new many time in 10 month period but they never did
