Unfortunately, a very bad experience with an authorized service. During the 2-year warranty period, they tried to charge me for the service of a professional Parlux hair dryer, even though I had a valid warranty and the original receipt. The device is only 5-6 months old, used professionally about once a week, and according to the technical and manufacturer's specifications, it is unrealistic to have a worn-out consumable part that would justify charging for repairs. After that, an attempt was made to return the device whose serial number did not match the serial number stated on the warranty and receipt, and which was also visibly used. Due to this discrepancy and justified suspicion of the device's identity, I refused to take such a device. During the entire procedure, there was no apology or clear written explanation. In the end, a refund was made, but the entire procedure was extremely unprofessional and non-transparent. I would not use this service again, nor can I recommend it. All of the above is based on real experience and can be supported by relevant documentation (invoice, warranty and serial number information).
