Disaster. Unprofessional liars, unable to give an appointment for oven service even 10 days in advance. On Monday they say we will call by next Tuesday, on that Tuesday they don't answer all day, the next day they answer and upon my complaint without any shame or apology they offer again 'by the end of the week'. So straight to the service and pull their ears out.
Quick in communication, meticulous, they take care, they call back, the appointment is the next day. The only complaint is charging HRK 250 for fault detection, it would be good if that figure was included in the repair price. If so, all praise!

During the first contact, they came to inspect what was wrong with the dishwasher and confirmed what we had told them was wrong. The washing machine is "repaired" in a few days with a charge for initial diagnosis, repair service and replacement of three parts (~ HRK 950). After two days, we turn on the washing machine for the first time and notice that when we press the button to turn on the washing machine (not start the program), it behaves as if it is already in the process of washing, and we conclude that the service personnel did not try to turn it on at all in order to understand that it cannot do what it is intended for. After arriving again, they conclude that the washing machine has reached an anti-flood condition and that they must service it in their workshop. They take it away after a few days and claim that they have to replace FOUR more parts in it (~ HRK 600). When we reacted to the fact that it was wrong that they didn't find out the first time that the washing machine was dysfunctional after replacing the parts (it was only necessary to turn it on!) and that it would be necessary to replace additional parts (for that money we could have bought a new one!), the authority shamelessly blames us that we could have done something with the washing machine in that period, that we can play catch and that we don't have to agree to the repair. Given that it happened during their collective annual vacation, the whole agony lasted about a month and a half, after which we asked for a refund from the first repair and left the washing machine for them to dispose of environmentally. The only plus in all of this is the availability and professionalism of the person on the phone and the arrivals at the agreed time, but regardless of that we are not satisfied with the service in which the job is not done to the end, tries to charge the amount of the entire new device, and then blames the client.
