A routine boiler replacement turned into an unprecedented complication. There were three visits in total, each time the situation got worse. In the end, other plumbers were called. The cost turned out to be four times higher than expected, and there was also a large water bill due to a leak. Highly not recommended.
For three days the repairman never came and I was already at the edge of my strength. I kept making up stories and saying everything would be tomorrow and that day never came. And then one short call and the repairman, without any making up stories, said he would come in an hour and a half.
