From the preparation of the first offer to the final masonry work, everything was done courteously, professionally, with quality and on time. I can only say the best about them.
Very bad experience. We came to buy a door, but the seller was clearly not interested. He was on his phone the whole time, and answered questions with difficulty or not at all. Due to such unprofessional behavior, we gave up on the purchase.
The door was installed in 2023 and already after 2 years the handles started to fall off, the wooden entrance door to the apartment that we took with reinforcements was warped and does not breathe well, to which they said that it was due to the difference in temperature and that nothing could be done there (I note that the entrance door is to the common corridor, not to the exit from the house, so the difference in temperature is interesting). In any case, the quality is such that after 3 years we have to change the front door, and the doorknobs remain in our hands, so judge whether it is worth buying there.
Bad installation. The door closes by itself because it was installed tilted. They avoid correcting the slanted door frame by making excuses about tolerances. Kind but bad craftsmen. The worst thing is that they don't admit their own mistake.
