At the end of 2025, I replaced the stairs to the attic and adapted the surrounding area. It took me several years to find craftsmen, because the adaptation itself was relatively small in terms of the scope of work, and very demanding due to the limited space and technical requirements. An additional difficulty is that the house has no blueprints anywhere, it was built and upgraded haphazardly. While I was already looking for offers, most contractors ran away without a care, and those who accepted did not really inspire confidence. Except for Eisen's service. They came to the assessment with a cool head, looked at the situation, warned about the difficulties, possibilities and impossibilities (without beating their chests, "what's in it for us"). They made a very detailed and precise offer, which they respected in all aspects. They did a truly excellent job and exceeded all my considerable expectations. And here I want to emphasize a few more very important moments. I lived in that space the whole time. They respected that perfectly. And my peace and privacy. The communication was excellent: I always knew what was going to be done and when. They would let me know every time someone was coming, and they kept to it. If someone was even 5 minutes late, they would let me know. An incredible rarity! In addition, they were ready to answer every question I had – and there were many! – in detail, patiently, promptly and in a way that I could understand them, with a lot of respect and understanding that I was in completely different waters and could not and did not need to know their business. In addition, I would like to praise their flexibility and patience with me as a client who liked to put her little fingers in everything, change and add items on the fly. I would also like to emphasize the neatness and cleanliness. During the work, but also of the craftsmen themselves. It means a lot to me that there is no smoking in my house and that after the craftsmen I do not have to clean up a cemetery of beer bottles, ashtrays, etc. every day… I did not even have to ask for that because their professionalism implies it. Finally - we usually all dread the stress of renovations, we dread the thought of craftsmen hanging around our house... With this team, everything went smoothly - and when it didn't! - with lots of laughter and great vibes. If professionalism and performance are important to you - but also the energy that will remain in your space - there's nothing better!

What can I say? Except honestly. A company that keeps its word. Which is hard to find these days. So accommodating that they are willing to go beyond the agreed upon agreement. Professional and extremely trustworthy. I personally was looking for a company that I wouldn't have to hang my head over all the time. In four months of work, we had three meetings to discuss additional details during the work. I was calm the whole time and knew that I could count on them and that everything would be as agreed. I got more. Much more. I definitely didn't have a single bit of stress during the work, and I listened to every piece of their advice and it was worth listening to. That can't be described in words. He didn't do anything to me. His offer was unbelievable. The gentleman would install a regular vinyl floor for €40/m², remove a pipe that the hood was supposed to be connected to and which was just removed for an insane €350. I won't even go into the rest, I'm attaching pictures. It's incredible what people want to do to others and how they want to benefit themselves. I assume the reviews for this contractor were written by his people.
