All praise for Andro!! A 17-year-old couch that I had already given up on, completely covered in lint, looked brand new after cleaning and there was no trace of lint. Service beyond all expectations. I would not have put in as much patience, will, precision and effort as Andro. Extremely kind and competent. The team did a great job cleaning the carpet, if you're looking for a well-washed carpet, look no further. But what you'll get is the ease of communication. Send a cleaning request, within a few minutes we'll be in touch via WhatsApp, we'll arrange a time and location, and at the end you'll get a route, so you know when it's your turn to collect or return the carpet. The deal was easy, and we got an appointment very quickly. They did a deep cleaning of the sofa and I am very happy with the result! The girl who was with us was extremely patient and kind and explained the cleaning process to us, as well as recommendations for further maintenance. We also sent two rugs to be washed, and they came back as good as new! All praise and sincere recommendations!
Kudos to the team! I booked an appointment a few days earlier, and because of a surprise meeting I asked to move the appointment, which was no problem. They went out of their way to accommodate me, and that meant a lot to me. When they arrived (like a Swiss watch) they immediately started working and 3 hours later (as it said in the appointment booking) everything was finished and drying, and they cleaned the boxspring bed, mattress, sofa, footstools and all the pillows we have at home. Everything was like when it first arrived in the apartment, new, fresh, clean. They also gave instructions on what to do to make everything dry faster and everything was dry in a few hours. I am very happy with how it was done and we will definitely continue to maintain the furniture with the cleaning team! Thanks again!
